Advanced Business Manager
My Business Manager (MBM) is totally integrated with Advanced Business Manager (ABM).
If the "auto import" option has been taken, each time a customer launches MBM or selects an ABM client, the import will automatically extract monthly account balances, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data from ABM and import it into MBM ensuring that both applications are in synchronization.
MBM provides the ability to run;
- Dashboards
- Reports
- Budgets
- Forecasts
- Cashflow Statements
- Key Performance Indicators
- and Business Plans
It also provides functions such as;
- Consolidations
- Models
- "Groups" (sets of logical accounts that can be tracked as a unique entity.)
- Business Health Check
- And much more
The ABM license is valid for 5 years from the date of activation.
Gold Club updates are included for the first 12 months.
Optional annual Gold Club updates are renewable each 12 months.
The license is a single user license but allows for up to 3 businesses per Client.
These businesses may be consolidated into any combination and/or combined with other Clients and businesses.
Additional user licenses are available. Each additional
User license includes an additional Client (and therefore 3 businesses).
If a Professional license holder wishes to provide services to an ABM Client, they will need to purchase one ABM license for the User (which provides the functionality and interfaces) and a separate Client license for each Client (as per regular Quickbooks or MYOB Clients).
** Please note, MBM does NOT interface to the DOS version of Business Manager.
