There are two commercial products - Professional and Business

Single-user Professional license

designed to be run by the Professional on behalf of Clients, as a service.
provided as a single-user, (download as many as you need)
Free licenses for laptop or home
Client licenses. Purchase as many as you need. (each client may have up to 3 businesses)
imports data from Clients - accounting software
generates dashboards, reports, budgets, forecasts and other analysis of Clients' data
enables comments to be added and outputs to be emailed
enables customization with the Professional's logo
able to receive client's data if they run MBM Business license in-house
consolidates entities where required.

Single-user Business license

designed to be run by the Business Owner, Manager or Bookkeeper (on behalf of the client)
provided as a single-user, annual license
optional license for laptop or home
includes up to 3 business entities plus consolidations.
generates dashboards, reports, budgets, forecasts and other analysis of business data
enables emailing to accountant or bank for comment and return
consolidates entities where required

FREE 30 day trial available from our website

Includes a sample business to test ("Successful Business")
Converts to full-function license by purchasing a license and activating it online.

FREE Advisor version available to an Accountant or Advisor that is nominated by a Business license user during registration.

Collaborative license with similar functionality to Professional version (some restrictions)
Access only to data of the client that nominated you.
Full email and edit functionality available.
