Welcome to the My Business Manager Support Line. We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem and will use our best efforts to have it addressed as soon as we can.

Before you register a support call,

a. Please check our "Frequently Asked Questions" for further information before registering a support issue. We attempt to record every issue or suggestion here in order to help you as quickly as possible.

b. Please also check our forum to see if there has been any discussion regarding your issue or question.

c. If you need to register a support call, please proceed after you have read the following comments;

  1. If MBM is loaded on a standalone Windows environment desktop or standalone laptop, the support service is included in your license fees.
  2. If MBM is loaded on a network / Citrix / Windows 7 / Vista 64, our experience is that the majority of these problems are environmental, security or user problems. To control our support costs, we have therefore had to introduce a 15 minute limit on free support calls for these environments. After 15 minutes, if we have not resolved your issue, we will ask you to purchase a $99 support ticket. This ticket will guarantee you a resolution or we will give you a 100% refund. If it is found to be an MBM problem after all, we will also provide you with a 100% refund.
