Distributor Policies
Distributors
Distributors can register on the application form in the Sales Partner section
of our website.
We will review your application form and, if approved, we will be in contact
with you to discuss your allocated quota and how we will work together to make
this mutually successful.
Upon agreement, you will receive a return email notifying you of your Sales
Partner registration number, a URL to link to our order page and our
Distributor Pack including our Distributor agreement. You must have received
back our counter-signed Distributor agreement prior to any initial
purchase otherwise no discount will be given.
When your Resellers register on our web site, they enter your Distributor code
as part of the registration process. We are then able to track sales by point
of origin and provide you with a report along with your monthly commissions to
help you distribute your Reseller commissions.
As a Distributor, there are three ways of selling available to you;

Direct sales
You can choose any combination of methods that suit your business.
Web link sales
Paste our logo, product image, thumbnail and web-link onto your own web pages
and we will track all sales that are passed through from your web site. You
will receive a remittance of all royalties from these sales at the end of each
month.
Reseller Sales and Direct Sales
When you order licenses from our website, your discount will be automatically
deducted from the invoiced price. You may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard
or American Express), cheque or direct bank deposit. (For cheque or bank
deposit, licenses may be activated once funds are cleared).
