Can My Business Manager run under “Citrix”?
Yes, it can. You load the application under Citrix and it will provide concurrent Users for as many licenses as you have purchased.
If you have one “User” license, you can have one concurrent user.

How can I purchase additional licenses for other Users, laptops or for Home use?
You will need to purchase additional “Laptop” licenses. They will need to be purchased using the same email address as the primary license to fulfill the requirement of having a previous “full” license.

Can the Client license be on the server instead of on the workstation?
The application needs to be loaded on the workstation (unless you have a Citrix environment). The Client files can either be on specific workstations (possibly for security) or loaded on the Server so all can access them. Only one user can be using a client at one time (we use file lock).

5 business consolidation
Each Business license (or each Client license of the Professional version,) has 2 business entities included in the license price. Consolidations are no extra charge because they are made up of licensed businesses.
We suggest that you;
1. Purchase a Business license.
2. Purchase an additional 2 x Business entity bundles. (each bundle has 2 entities).
3. This would give you 6 business entities (1 for future growth).

How do I create a consolidation?
Follow this process;
1. Go to “Business and Clients” / Consolidations”. The process is fairly obvious.
2. Before you create a consolidation you should go to “Businesses and Clients / Consolidations / Intercompany” and identify inter-company accounts for each entity being included in the Consolidation. (You will need to select each Client and/or business entity individually and identify the intercompany accounts in each entity).
3. When you create the Consolidation, all accounts that have been tagged as “inter-company” are excluded.
4. When you run the businesses independently, accounts tagged as “inter-company” are included.
5. Once created, the consolidation is dynamically maintained and becomes a unique entity in it’s own right.
6. You can have multiple consolidations if required.
