If you have taken the annual subscription pricing plan, your subscription will terminate on the next anniversary date. There is no pro-rata refund.
Unless you are within the 90-day money-back guarantee period, we do not refund any portion of funds paid. However, we will ensure that your subscription is stopped.
All we need are your details, an invoice number and amount so that we can process it within 24 hours. Your subscription will be terminated before the next payment due date.
